An UHNW Chinese family are looking for a warm and experienced Nanny/Manny to work with their two daughters (9 & 10).

The role is from 12:00pm to 8:00pm during school days with 2 days off and full-time hours during school holidays. The Nanny/Manny will be required to travel with the family during some of the school holidays and will have 25 days off a year plus bank holidays.

Salary £55-65k gross per annum.

All overtime will be paid as well as performance bonuses.

The Nanny/Manny must be a confident driver (automatic) and should be experienced with the British Curriculum in order to help them with their homework and exam preparation.

An educational background and a driving license is essential.

Live-In Nanny for UHNW Family

An Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family with one baby is seeking a dynamic, full-time live-in Head nanny to join their fully staffed household, which includes a personal chef, housekeepers, and other support staff. The family splits time between Upstate New York and Florida, with occasional travel. This role follows a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (Mondays and Tuesdays off)  overseeing a secondary two-day-per-week nanny. The family has a cat and dog, so candidates must be allergy-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for the baby, ensuring developmental milestones are met

• Plan and engage in educational, stimulating activities

• Oversee and collaborate with the secondary two-day-per-week nanny

• Assist with travel preparations and accompany the family on trips

• Work effectively within a fully staffed home, coordinating with other household employees

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in similar UHNW roles (live-in experience required)

• Fluent in Spanish & English (strong preference)

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Development or a child-related field preferred

• Strong swimming skills & comfortable on boats

• Valid driver’s license & confident driver

• Experience in fully staffed homes and/or working as part of a nanny team (head nanny experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication & conflict resolution skills with a professional, warm demeanor

• Impeccable references—the family requires direct conversations with the two most recent employers

• Legal right to work in the USA

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

A lovely family in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a nurturing and experienced live-in Nanny to join their household. The family is expecting a new baby and is eager to find the perfect caregiver for the baby and their toddler.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, or French and possess exceptional childcare skills, with a particular focus on infant care. 

Responsibilities will include providing loving and attentive care for both children, assisting with the newborn's feeding, changing, and establishing routines. The role will also involve contributing to the maintenance of a well-ordered home environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Schedule: 5-6 days per week, flexible hours including nights at the beginning, up to 12 hours per day.
