Why are we different?
Nanny & Governess is truly unique because we believe that finding the right staff is an important decision, and it is better to choose carefully once rather than having to start a search again every 3 months.
We try to understand what each family is like, what their personalities are like, and what they are looking for in the new person they want to hire. We promote very widely and then review all the applications, interviewing those we feel have solid experience and longevity in their roles, unless we are looking for a temporary person who will specialize in temp roles.
We interview each person with the viewpoint of understanding what they are like, what they are looking for, and whether they are what the family wants. Once we have determined that someone could be the right fit, we put together a profile of the candidate, including their languages, education, and experience, and send it to the client for review.
Afterwards, we organize Zoom interviews and trials. We take pride in finding staff who fit perfectly with our families and then stay for years. We feel that this approach helps families, and they come back to hire more staff.
We have one family who have hired four nannies from us because they were so happy, and they keep coming back for more.
