No, we don’t charge a registration fee. Once you have decided to do a trial with a candidate, we will charge for the trial day(s). If you then book the candidate for a temporary or permanent placement, a fee will apply. Our fees are charged upfront.
Yes, for permanent placements we offer up to 3 replacements free of charge during the first 3 months of the 1-year contract. For temporary roles, although we will try to replace the person if possible, any unused days paid for in advance can be used for another booking. Our fees are non-refundable.
We request two references, paediatric first aid certification, an enhanced DBS or criminal background check and a copy of the candidate’s passport. We may also ask for proof of the right to work, where applicable.
Yes. Once we have presented a candidate to you and you decide to interview them, we then reach out to their references. As references may have already been contacted many times by numerous agencies, we do not contact them beforehand in order to respect their time and ensure they are approached only when necessary.
No, we do not employ candidates. We are an introduction and placement agency, so the candidate will either be self-employed or employed directly by you.
